These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, programmes, memberships and sessions provided by
No Bull Bootcamp.
By booking, attending or taking part in any No Bull Bootcamp session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Who we are
No Bull Bootcamp provides outdoor group fitness sessions, charity taster sessions, 4 Week Starter Programmes and ongoing fitness memberships.

2. Services we provide
No Bull Bootcamp offers the following services:

Basic nutrition guidance and accountability support
All sessions are delivered outdoors and may include bodyweight exercises, resistance exercises, circuits, conditioning work, team-based activities and other general fitness training.
3. Eligibility to take part
To attend No Bull Bootcamp, you must:

Be aged 18 or over, unless otherwise agreed by Stuart

Provide accurate contact details

Complete any required health screening or onboarding forms before taking part

Inform Stuart of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medication or anything else that may affect your ability to exercise safely

Follow all instructions given during sessions
No Bull Bootcamp reserves the right to refuse participation if Stuart believes it may not be safe or suitable for you to take part.
4. Health, fitness and medical responsibility
You are responsible for making sure you are fit and well enough to take part in outdoor fitness sessions.
Before attending, you must tell Stuart about any relevant health concerns, injuries, medical conditions or changes to your health. If you are unsure whether you should take part, you should seek advice from your GP or medical professional before attending.
You understand that physical exercise carries some risk, including the risk of injury, fatigue, discomfort or aggravation of existing conditions. By taking part, you confirm that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.
No Bull Bootcamp is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
5. Health screening and onboarding
Before starting the 4 Week Starter Programme or Ongoing Membership, you may be asked to complete onboarding information, including basic health and fitness questions.
This helps Stuart understand your current position and whether any adjustments may be needed.
You must provide honest and accurate information. No Bull Bootcamp cannot be responsible for issues that arise because information has been withheld or provided incorrectly.
6. Charity Taster Sessions
Charity Taster Sessions are designed for first-time visitors who want to try No Bull Bootcamp before joining a paid programme.
Charity Taster Sessions are limited to one per person. If you have already attended a Charity Taster Session, your booking will not be accepted.
To attend a Charity Taster Session, you must:

Make a minimum donation of £1 to Birmingham Children’s Hospital via the donation link provided

Upload or send a screenshot of your donation confirmation when requested

Book your session time

Provide the correct telephone number so Stuart can confirm your booking
Your place is not confirmed until Stuart has received your booking information and confirmed your session by WhatsApp, text or phone.
Donations are made directly to the charity and are not handled by No Bull Bootcamp.
7. 4 Week Starter Programme
The 4 Week Starter Programme is designed for people who are new to No Bull Bootcamp and want a supported way to start.
The programme price is £120 for 4 weeks.
Once you sign up, Stuart will contact you by WhatsApp or text to confirm your suitability, secure your place on the next available camp and provide your onboarding details.
Your 4-week period begins from your agreed start date, not from the date you first attend unless otherwise agreed.
The 4 Week Starter Programme is not a guaranteed weight loss programme. Results vary depending on attendance, effort, nutrition, lifestyle and individual circumstances.
8. Ongoing Membership
Ongoing Membership is for existing members or those ready to continue after a taster session or 4 Week Starter Programme.
Ongoing Membership is charged at £100 per month and requires a minimum commitment of 2 months paid upfront, unless otherwise agreed.
Membership gives you access to regular outdoor bootcamp sessions, support and accountability during your active membership period.
Membership fees must be paid in advance.
9. Session attendance
Members are encouraged to attend 2–3 sessions per week for best results.
Session availability may vary depending on timetable, weather, bank holidays, coach availability, group numbers or other circumstances.
No Bull Bootcamp will make reasonable efforts to provide the advertised number of sessions, but no specific session time is guaranteed unless confirmed.
10. Cancellations by you
If you cannot attend a session, please let Stuart know as soon as possible.
Missed sessions are not usually refunded or carried over, unless otherwise agreed by Stuart.

For ongoing membership, cancellation terms will depend on your agreed membership period and payment arrangement.
11. Cooling-off period
If you purchase a programme or membership online, by phone or away from business premises, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days.
If you ask to start the programme or attend sessions during this 14-day period, you agree that No Bull Bootcamp may charge you for any sessions or services already provided before cancellation.

12. Cancellations by No Bull Bootcamp
No Bull Bootcamp may cancel, rearrange or adapt sessions due to:

Severe weather

Unsafe ground or training conditions
-
Coach illness or emergency
-
Low attendance
-
Venue or location issues
-
Circumstances outside our control
Where possible, Stuart will give as much notice as reasonably practical.
If a session cannot go ahead, No Bull Bootcamp may offer an alternative session, rearranged session or other reasonable solution.
13. Outdoor training and weather
No Bull Bootcamp is an outdoor fitness service. Sessions may take place in cold, wet, windy, muddy or uneven conditions.
You are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoor exercise.
Sessions may still go ahead in poor weather where Stuart considers it safe to do so. Sessions will only be cancelled or adapted if conditions are considered unsafe.
14. What to bring
You should bring:

Suitable outdoor training clothes

Trainers you do not mind getting muddy

Water

Weather-appropriate layers

Any medication you may need, such as an inhaler
You are responsible for your own belongings during sessions.
15. Behaviour and conduct
No Bull Bootcamp is built on respect, effort and community.
You agree to:

Treat Stuart and other members with respect

Follow instructions during sessions

Not behave in a way that is abusive, aggressive, unsafe or disruptive

Not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Respect the training location and local community
No Bull Bootcamp reserves the right to refuse attendance or end your membership if your behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe or harmful to others.

6. Injuries during sessions
If you feel unwell, dizzy, in pain or unable to continue during a session, you must stop immediately and tell Stuart.
You must not continue exercising through pain or symptoms that may indicate injury or illness.
No Bull Bootcamp is not responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow instructions, failure to disclose medical information, inappropriate footwear/clothing, overexertion or misuse of equipment.
17. Liability
No Bull Bootcamp will take reasonable care when delivering sessions.
However, you understand that outdoor fitness involves physical activity and some risk. No Bull Bootcamp is not liable for injury, loss or damage unless caused by negligence, breach of duty or another matter that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights.
18. Personal belongings
You are responsible for any personal items you bring to sessions.
No Bull Bootcamp is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings unless caused by negligence.
19. Photos, videos and testimonials
No Bull Bootcamp may occasionally take photos or videos during sessions for marketing, social media or website use.
You will not be deliberately featured in marketing content without your consent.
If you do not want to appear in photos or videos, please tell Stuart before the session.
20. Nutrition guidance
Any nutrition support provided by No Bull Bootcamp is general guidance only.
It is not medical, clinical or dietetic advice and should not replace guidance from a qualified healthcare professional, dietitian or nutrition specialist.
If you have any medical condition, dietary requirement or health concern, you should seek professional advice before making significant changes to your diet.
21. Results and expectations
No Bull Bootcamp does not guarantee specific weight loss, fitness results or body changes.
Results depend on factors including attendance, effort, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, consistency, medical history and individual circumstances.
The aim is to help you build routine, improve fitness and feel stronger through consistent training and support.
22. Payments
All payments must be made by the agreed payment method and by the agreed payment date.
Your place on a programme or membership is not confirmed until payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed by Stuart.
Late or missed payments may result in your access to sessions being paused until payment is made.
23. Refunds
Refunds are not usually provided for missed sessions, non-attendance or change of mind after a programme has started.
Refunds may be considered at Stuart’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
24. Changes to services or pricing
No Bull Bootcamp may update session times, locations, prices, services or membership terms from time to time.
Existing members will be given reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect them.
25. Data protection
No Bull Bootcamp will handle your personal information in line with its Privacy Policy.

27. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
