Stuart has over 14 years’ experience helping real people get fitter, stronger and more consistent. His coaching style is simple, straight-talking and no nonsense. He won’t sugar coat things or sell false promises, but he also understands that getting started can feel hard.

Having been overweight and unfit himself, Stuart knows how frustrating it can be to feel out of routine, lack confidence or keep starting again. His approach is honest and practical, but never intimidating. He keeps things clear, supports people properly and helps them build a routine they can actually stick to.
