You’ll get straight-talking coaching from Stuart, but you won’t be doing it alone. The group gives you accountability, encouragement and the push to keep turning up, even on the days you’d rather not.

AMAZING GROUP OF PEOPLE

I joined bootcamp 18 months ago, I was new to the area and needed help to get fit, lose weight and meet people.I joined a gym but found it hard to get motivated and to meet people. Since joining bootcamp I have met an amazing group of people, all with their own goals but we have a combined goal to achieve what we have set out to do. No session is the same, in rain, snow and sunshine. It’s tough but so rewarding, we have a laugh and motivate each other. Stu is fab, firm but in a nice way

GIVES ME STRUCTURE

I Have been with Stu for nearly 11 years and was certainly the best decision I have made. People join for different reasons for me it was to get fitter but also to improve my mental health,be pushed out of my comfort zone and be more confident. I like a routine, so knowing that I can workout 3 times a week gives me that structure. There is never a dull moment, we get the job done but also have the banter with a great bunch of people who are now good friends. The social side is a bonus! Although I've had a bit of an injury I have still kept going as Stu will always adapt a workout so that I can still be included. So I guess that's why he is such an awesome coach.

i'M ALWAYS LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING

I’ve done 4 weeks with Stu at camp, but I already feel more energetic, happier and motivated. Everyone in the team was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Stu is a very good trainer and coach. Since I gave up running I have been a gym member several times, but I never really felt the ambition, every time I had to miss a week I ended up not going back for months. Since I joined the group i find myself arranging all my programs around the sessions making sure I hardly ever need to miss one, I’m always looking forward to going to it and it’s always a very satisfying workout with always new and exciting elements to it.

Stu

Stuart has over 14 years’ experience helping real people get fitter, stronger and more consistent. His coaching style is straight-talking, simple and no nonsense, but never intimidating. Having been overweight and unfit himself, Stuart understands the struggle and helps people build a routine they can actually stick to.
